Mission statement
We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization whose mission is to conserve Philippine biodiversity through the sustainable development of parks, protected areas, and the restoration of ecosystems.
We work hand in hand with grassroots communities focusing on rangers and indigenous, citizens, civil society, the private sector, the academe, and our government, adopting a multi-stakeholder and dynamic approach to conservation.

Earlier this year, a significant breakthrough was made in one of the projects funded by ASAP’s Species Conservation Fund. After a long search, the dedicated team rediscovered the very first specimen of an Mesilau Stream Toad, thought to have been lost to science.
