Urgent repairs to the breeding facilities for two ASAP bird species at Angkor Centre for Conservation of Biodiversity
The emergency
Angkor Centre for Conservation of Biodiversity (ACCB) holds the only conservation breeding programme for these two species. Aviaries were originally built using locally-sourced wire, but this was disintergrating rapidly. There was a risk of birds becoming injured and/or escaping.
